1. 服务说明

TrueCV 是一个背景调查撮合工具:我们代您向您指定的证明人发送邀请,收集其对候选人的回答,并将回答呈现给您。我们不核实证明人陈述的真实性,也不对招聘决定负责。

2. HR/企业客户的责任

  • 您声明并保证:发起背调前已取得候选人的明确授权,且您提供的候选人及证明人信息准确、合法获得。
  • 您将仅为合法招聘目的使用调查结果,遵守适用的个人信息保护与劳动法律。
  • 因您未取得授权、提供错误信息或滥用结果导致的责任由您承担。

3. 证明人

证明人参与完全自愿,可随时选择不参与。证明人应本着善意、诚实回答。回答(含姓名、邮箱)将完整分享给发起背调的 HR;此告知在提交前明示。

4. 收费与退款

  • ¥5/份证明人,提交订单后付款。
  • 14 天内证明人未回复:可全额退款或免费补发邀请。退款请联系 sebastian@truecv.io。

5. 免责与责任限制

  • TrueCV 按"现状"提供服务,不保证证明人陈述的准确性、完整性或及时性。
  • 在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用本服务产生的间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任;我们的累计责任上限为您就相关订单实际支付的金额。

7. 变更、管辖与联系

我们可更新本条款并在此公布。本条款受 中华人民共和国法律 管辖,争议提交 上海。联系:sebastian@truecv.io。

Welcome to TrueCV (truecv.io). By placing an order, you (the HR/employer client) accept these terms.

1. The service

TrueCV is a reference-check facilitation tool: we send invitations to the referees you designate, collect their answers about the candidate, and present those answers to you. We do not verify the truth of referee statements and are not responsible for hiring decisions.

2. Your responsibilities (HR/employer)

  • You represent and warrant that you have obtained the candidate's explicit authorization before initiating the check, and that the candidate and referee information you provide is accurate and lawfully obtained.
  • You will use results only for lawful hiring purposes, complying with applicable data-protection and employment laws.
  • You are responsible for liability arising from lack of authorization, incorrect information, or misuse of results.

3. Referees

Participation is entirely voluntary; a referee may decline at any time. Referees should answer in good faith and honestly. Answers (including name and email) are shared in full with the requesting HR, as disclosed before submission.

4. Fees & refunds

  • ¥5 per referee, payable after placing the order.
  • If a referee does not respond within 14 days: full refund or a free re-send. Contact sebastian@truecv.io.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of referee statements.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order.

6. Data

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms and post them here. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes submitted to Shanghai. Contact: sebastian@truecv.io.
